American and International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes at the time of delivery of the package. USA & International Orders - All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Parcels to the USA may often be held at customs for longer, which is beyond our control. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country's customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays
If your order is being sent to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia or Ontario you will be charged HST. If your order is being sent to any other Canadian province, you will be charged GST only. No sales tax will be added to American and International Orders.
To return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week of receiving your order, and notify us that it is being returned. Items must be shipped back with tags attached and in 100% new condition. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely (in its original packaging, whenever possible), as we cannot accept damaged returns. We cannot refund shipping fees. If you are returning to exchange, shipping fees will apply to resend. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, skincare products, swimwear, or lingerie.
